Yoga and Exercise Group

This group meets every Wednesday at the Roseville Sports Center from 1:30 to 3:00 in the large aerobics room at the end of the
hall. Please wait in the main lobby of Roseville Sports Center until the other class is finished.

Some of the topics discussed each week in class are:

Motivation to keep exercising.
Freezing and group's ways of dealing with it.
Diet and how it helps Parkinson's Disease.
Exercises to improve brain function.
Forced exercises to reduce symptoms.
What helps medication to be absorbed best.

Jody says of the move from the library to the aerobics room, It will be better in some ways, because it has weights, and other equipment to do some strength training. Just what we need. Let's keep our motivation going. I have some new ideas please feel free to share yours. We could even have some snacks. Sure like to see more people from the main group in attendance.
