Objectives

1. Provide quality and informative meetings through:

Special Guest Speakers, and
Open forums for members to share thoughts, feelings and ideas

2. Keep RPSG Self Sufficient in order to:

Provide a Library with the latest books, literature and information on Parkinson’s disease and Parkinson’s research.
Provide for postage, supplies, printing and misc. support group expenditures.
Provide continuing support for the RPSG’s John Argue exercise program.
Provide reimbursement for meeting snacks.
Provide financial support for annual holiday luncheon.

3. Conduct fundraising which includes applying for local, state and national grants and conducting a local fundraising event if necessary. Funds raised will be distributed pursuant to RPSG by-laws.
4. Provide funding to Parkinson’s seminars/conferences for RPSG members who are in need of financial assistance.
